A human-centered design advocate and practitioner, Phil uses design tools to engage a wider range of stakeholders. He has applied agile, process improvement, and systems thinking expertise in a range of projects such as leading the implementation of digital services, coaching managers through digital transformations, and establishing organizational communities of practice.
